Delivery Information

Working days are Saturday to Thursday. Government holidays are not counted.

You have the right to open the parcel and check your product in front of the delivery person before you pay or accept it.

Check that:

• The product matches what you ordered — size, colour and design
• There is no visible damage, staining or manufacturing defect
• The quantity is correct

If something is wrong, do not accept the parcel. Hand it back to the courier and call us on 01742864587 straight away. We will arrange a replacement or cancel the order without any charge to you.

Once a parcel has been accepted and paid for, complaints about visible damage or wrong items become much harder for us to resolve with the courier — which is why we ask you to check first.

• The exact amount, if you are paying cash on delivery
• Your order number, in case the courier needs to confirm it

If someone else will receive the parcel on your behalf, please let us know their name and number when we call to confirm. They should also inspect the product before accepting it.

If one item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you before dispatch. You can choose to receive the available items first, swap for something else, or cancel the unavailable item.

Our courier calls before arriving. If you miss the delivery, they will try again on the next working day. Delays can happen during national holidays, Eid, political programmes, heavy rain or courier congestion — if your order is running late, we will let you know rather than leave you guessing.
