Menslor is a men's clothing retailer operating in Bangladesh, based in Dhaka. Throughout this document, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Menslor; "you" refers to the customer. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including fabric, fit and measurements. Colours may appear slightly different on your screen depending on your device settings. Minor variation of up to 1 inch in stated measurements is normal for garments and is not considered a defect.

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes.
• Delivery charges are added at checkout and shown before you confirm.
• We may change prices at any time. The price shown at the moment you place your order is the price that applies to that order.
• If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed once we verify it by phone or WhatsApp.
• We may decline or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the address is unserviceable, we cannot reach you, or we suspect fraudulent activity.
• Stock is not reserved until an order is confirmed.

We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Cash on Delivery. Cash on Delivery availability may depend on your delivery location. For mobile banking, payment should be sent to 01773123377 and the transaction ID shared with us.

We will never ask for your PIN, OTP or password, and we will never ask you to send money to a number other than 01773123377. Do not pay anyone claiming to be Menslor outside these channels.

Delivery timelines given on our website are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, holidays or circumstances beyond our control, or for delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy and Refund Policy. In short: you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed and has its original tags and packaging.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Place fake, abusive or repeated fraudulent orders
• Copy our product photos, descriptions or brand assets for commercial use
• Attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to our systems

We may suspend or block access for any of the above.

All content on this website — including the Menslor name, logo, photographs, product descriptions and design — belongs to Menslor and is protected under applicable law. You may not reproduce it without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our website may link to other websites; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
