Order Process

Browse the collection, open a product, and select your size and colour. Check the size guide if you are unsure, then add it to your cart.

Open your cart to check quantities and sizes. Your delivery charge and order total are calculated at checkout based on your district.

Enter your name, phone number, district, area and full delivery address. A complete address with a landmark helps the courier reach you faster. You can check out as a guest or sign in.

Select Cash on Delivery, or pay in advance with bKash, Nagad or Rocket to 01773123377 and enter the Transaction ID at checkout.

You will see a confirmation screen with your order number and receive an SMS. Save the order number — you will need it for tracking and support.

Our team calls or messages you on WhatsApp to confirm your order and address. Please keep your phone reachable. If we cannot reach you after three attempts within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled.

Your items are checked once more for size, colour and condition, then packed.

Your parcel is handed to our courier partner and you receive tracking details by SMS. Delivery takes 1–2 working days inside Dhaka and 3–5 working days outside Dhaka.

The courier calls before arriving. Open the parcel, check the product, and then pay if you chose Cash on Delivery.

Not happy with something? You have 3 days to request a return or exchange, as long as the item is unused with its tags attached.
