How to pay for your Menslor order — bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Cash on Delivery.

Please complete your payment using bKash, Nagad, or Rocket to the following number:

How to pay:
- Open your bKash, Nagad or Rocket app, or dial the USSD code.
- Choose Send Money.
- Enter 01773123377 as the recipient number.
- Enter the exact order amount, including the delivery charge.
- Add your order number in the reference field, if your app allows it.
- Complete the payment and note the Transaction ID (TrxID).
- Enter the Transaction ID at checkout, or share it with us on WhatsApp at 01742864587.
Your order is confirmed once we match the payment against your order — usually within a couple of hours during business hours.
Please note
- Use Send Money, not Payment or Cash Out, unless we tell you otherwise.
- Send the exact amount shown at checkout. A short payment will delay your order.
- Keep the transaction message until your order arrives.
- We never ask for your PIN, OTP or password. Anyone asking for these is not from Menslor.
Cash on Delivery
You can place your order and pay in cash when it arrives at your door.
- Available for most locations across Bangladesh.
- Cash on Delivery availability may depend on your delivery location. If it is not available in your area, we will tell you when we call to confirm and you can pay by mobile banking instead.
- Please keep the exact amount ready — couriers often carry limited change.
- Inspect your product before paying.
What we do not accept
We currently do not accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers or any online payment gateway. bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Cash on Delivery are the only payment options.
Currency and pricing
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order: ৳70 inside Dhaka, ৳140 outside Dhaka, and free on orders above ৳1,500.
Payment problems
If money was deducted but your order was not confirmed, message us on WhatsApp at 01742864587 with your Transaction ID. We will trace it and either confirm the order or return the amount.
